We can get so caught up in making the home, food, and everything else perfect when we are expecting company. Sometimes, when our guests arrive we are too busy doing, we actually miss out on spending time with our guests. It is the age old story of Mary and Martha. 

Help us Lord, to value our guest's hearts more than how we appear to them. This way we will be ready when you send someone to us who is in real need of something as simple as company.
